Andrew Mulford
CEO
Andrew has significant expertise in the military and medical markets. During 17 years service, he deployed as UK Commander Medical, to the Gulf (US term is ‘Chief Med’) and later to Bosnia.
He was the Army representative to Surgeon General’s Information Strategy and to the Assistant Chief of the Defence Staff studies team, which defined the future shape of the Defence Medical Services and briefed ministers.
He wrote the Army’s top-level health and medical doctrine and was awarded the senior Army Medical Services’ prize for ‘outstanding contribution to military thinking’ and invested as an Officer of the Order of St John for services to military medicine.
Graham Gilmour

Graham is an expert in the field of payments and mobile distribution, with a proven knowledge of online, offline and mobile payments. He has previously created virtual and POS-enabled card schemes within the international money transfer and retail sectors. He is also credited with creating the architecture and implementing a number of open and closed user-based card schemes utilising the Visa and MasterCard networks.

Kevin operated as FD for various companies in UK and South Africa before setting up his own firm, which won numerous awards for training and quality of service, including being the first in Scotland to achieve ISO9000 and Investors in People accreditation. On merging with French Duncan, the firm became one of the largest firms in Scotland, with Kevin becoming one of the senior partners. He holds a number of public and private sector non-executive directorships.
Colonel (Retired) Tim Collins OBE

Educated at Queens University Belfast (Economics), he was then commissioned into the Royal Irish Rangers. His distinguished military career included three tours with 22 SAS, active service in Iraq and senior roles in Sarajevo. Tim's book "Rules of Engagement" epitomizes his dynamic leadership and communication skills, which enrich his current consultative roles and political aspirations.
